Floral Music Set is untradable

Hey,
I contacted with Customer support about this but they asked me to create a forum post. When Floral Music Set first came to boutique it was unable to trade, stash etc. I bought it and dyed to white. And its said it was a mistake so when Floral Music set came back to boutique it was tradable like apparently it was supposed to be. Now set always comes to boutique as tradable. Can you do something about my set as well? :(

    Its something they have to do in customer support / you have to send a ticket.

    For each fashion piece I would provide a link to the database that shows the fashion piece you need to have it replaced with, and the amount of white pigments it takes.
    Provide screenshots of it being untradeable + its color.

    You can also link this thread in your ticket otherwise they will as usual just tell you to post on forums (again), but regular players cannot do anything about it.

    If they agree to help you, they will probably have you to to NPC the set first, and then afterwards they will put the set in your inventory plus the amount of white pigments needed to dye the full set. Thats usually how it goes I suppose.

    Cannot guarantee they will help you though. It seems to be random when they do and do not. Good luck.

    I am wondering did support help you with this fashion set? As I also bought it unaware that it was bound and also dyed it white but support won't help
