Holiday reward mails?

Unless I've misread or misinterpreted something, I havent recieved any mail for the new holiday rewards, I read it as saying that I qualify for the reward, but i have logged out, shut down the client, shut down arc, restarted my computer, and still I haven't recieved anything yet... am i missing something?

Edit: took almost 16 hours, but it showed up.

    I have same problem & still carry 5 WarAvatarTokenCards- think that is what referring to?- and have never received anyhtin g as yet, but 4 spaces I cannot utilize as yet in reg Bag for everyday play.
