Can we ride the Wonderland Goldfish under the water? Picture show bubbles coming out of fish?

The new Wonderland Expansion is promoting a 20.oo Wonderland Goldfish that take you to the wonderland. Does this mean you can ride this mount under the water, because the picture of the fish show bubbles around it?
Since you are promoting us to buy it, I want to know what I am spending my money on.

    I doubt it will swim under water which I'm certain plenty of people have wanted since ever. The bubbles might just be an animation :/
