Downglory needs a reboot

Other three servers seem up and running fine, so I guess it's just the Euro server that had a crash.

Great, just started a DDH, and ofc used my all keys to take weekly also....

I think the weekly will be kept even if you're booted out of the instance, so those keys weren't wasted

I just got into the office and the EU community team and Heero informed me it was down. A LiveOps email has gone out and we hope to have a fix shortly! This is not just affecting PWI but also FW. The cause is currently unknown, but I'm confident we'll hear something back.

While I'm here, I'll be replying to a few threads before I start my shift.

Update : There is currently an issue at the datacenter in EU. Our Engineers are currently working with them to figure out the root cause.

Will update when I receive more information or an ETA.

Would that issue cause frequent dcs before killing the server? Or the "dc every 10 or so minutes" I experienced was caused by my own connection?

Server should be back up and running as of approx. 11:20 AM PT

Final update : it seems the issue was caused by the firewall and some traffic shifts to a router that it wasn't meant to go to. The issue has been resolved, however they will still keep an eye on things to make sure users are not blocked from the game. But this issue should be solved at this point.

Should any issues linger please let me know!

One of my factionmates was online before the server dc and got bann when she wanted to log in again when server was already up. She contacted support, i'm just telling this, if maybe others have the same problem.
