Jolly Old Jones issue

Hello
This quest is not longer available to my lvl 69 character and I dont see any reason why. I tried to lvl it to 71 to change reward bracket but no change. Since I made this char specifically to do this quest, this is a big deal for me. Lots of wasted hours...
Is this a bug? Is it fixable? Support recommended to write this post but didnt offer any other fix.

Maybe you shouldn't make characters for just one purpose. Especially since that purpose is likely not going to stick around forever.

Do you have more than one character in a tier?

Then you can't collect the daily Jones reward on both characters. If you have unused Jones' tokens on one character, you can complete up to 7 quests a day on that character until the tokens are gone.
