Christmas events

Is it me thats confused about time conversions or are the xmas events not there when they should be. Even the decorations are not there. Are we having issues again this year?​​

    Nothing here on Etherblade server, it's 10 mins past when it's supposed to pop up. The Quest log has an autopath the the penguin-mart shopkeeper but nothings there

    I could be wrong but I think these events have to be spawned manually. If they are supposed to be automatic... well, they certainly aren't there.​​

    23 rd dec penguin quest 10 am , 2 pm and 8pm and is a no show a PWI lie

    it does need to be manually spawned, i was spawned on TT but AFTER all the available time slots, the frozen kirin quest however is spawned in so can do that one.

    The "Santa Claws' Gifts" is working as well as the "Emperor's Cruise".
    But what about the Penguin War ????

    I do not believe Penguin War is meant to be part of the Christmas events this year, according to the news post.

    Sometimes what happens with events is that the Chinese version of Perfect World has them programmed in for their own version and when we receive patches they forget to change the dates for us, so we end up seeing them in quest logs, but the event itself is not activated. This happened earlier in the year with the Wukong event, where it was spamming system chat but was not meant to be active.

    I wish the christmas gift was available for more players, not just players who can enter neverfall. Do newer players not deserve a Christmas present?
