A bonus question: I'm stormbringer, r8r +10 is good for pve things in this game ?

Uncharted Paradise and Dawnlight Halls; Both Decide mode. UPDecide/DecideUP DHDecide/DecideDH. All depends on what server your on; that's how they pronounce it. And best gear in game atm is r9 but r8r +10 is pretty decent but people ultimately prefer r9 to r8

Why does every PWI tutorial video I've seen now have text explaining things over random music rather than a person actually using their voice to explain everything? It seems to be a pattern that is widespread across all PWI-based tutorial videos, and strangely enough, exclusive to PWI-themed vids.

I think it's the other way around. I see a lot more people doing voice overs nowadays than text overs. I personally prefer short videos with text overs while linking to more in-depth guides for those that want all the details. I haven't had complaints over over this, but if there are a lot of people asking for voice over, I might consider it. I also think some people might not have very good microphones or they might not be confident in their accent etc. so they prefer text in their videos.
