I am having a problem, I can't find Adamantine Powder

Does anyone know whwew is Adamantine Powder is?? You can't trade, can't find it in instance, cave, or quest. The only time that i've seen it is at the boutique, Help

    You can only get it in the boutique, or sometimes like recently, you can get it with charge reward points. But its nothing you can farm directly.
