Why i can't use the item "Blessing of celestial vale"?

When i try to use this item, a tab appear saying "Incorrect class"

I am a Duskblade lvl 100 and i'm not reawakened

Since i don't see a class restriction on the item tooltip and i'm not reawakened, i don't know why this is happening.

    because duskblades and stormbringers can't use this - never have been able to use it. YOu'd have to get the illusionary crystal separately (from boutique) to use that.

    I dont think their is a tool tip on this but I remember it being well known information at the time.​​

    But the question is, why duskblades are not allowed to use this? There is some way of changing this package for other that my class can use?

    The more I play, the more I see this class having problem with some items, mainly in this issue of the use of packages and in exchange of items in npc's. For example, when i take a flyer ticket and I go to the npc to get my reward, i see a reward (flyer) to all other classes, except for mine. Why they implant a class in the game, if they don't introduce her into the game existing "mechanics" or reward system??

    This is not right, and they have to change this. I don't know if this is happening because this is a "new" class or what, but i think they had the time since the release of this class to implement them in the right way into the game.

    Sorry for the gramatical errors, english is not my native linguage, and thanks in advance for the answers guys.

    Because those items are old new player items that haven't been updated since PWI: Genesis (Earthguard expansion). They have since brought in new flyer tickets and new player items that include Nightshade classes.

    Nightshades have never been able to use Blessing of the Celestial Vale. This is because the item was released to celebrate the release of the expansion in which they came and it was disabled for Stormbringers and Duskblades to stop people making them OP too quickly. Too, slow down their play rate, if you will. The Illusionary Crystal has since been released through codes and that item itself does include the Nightshade classes. However, the rebirth pills do not. With that being said, the new rebirth pills that come in the War Avatar Supply Crate/Pack (one of them) DO work for Nightshades.
