Missing NPC on Dawnglory

Hello today i went to turn in my tokens for armor at Treasure Merchant Nosta in Celestial Vale, there was no NPC there. I went to Tideswell and the NPC was there. Are they going to take that NPC out or is the one on Dawnglory in stealth lol. Thank you for your time.

    Hello! It's been a few days this NPC Treasure Merchant Nosta has been missing on server Dawnglory. I saw it present on other servers.
    Hopefully its being taken into considerance for next maintenance.
