Charge rewards

Once again I was feeling lucky so I decided to charge 20 gold to PW instead of getting some gas for my car and now when I go to claim my charge reward on the charge reward page I hit the claim button and get no pop up on what toon to give it to.This happened last time and I had to put in a ticket.
ANyone else have this problem?

    i didnt even know about the charge reward, my arc didnt update until today and it was for the 5th-7th
