Missing 10 strength

I don't know who can help me with this, but my Internet disconnected and when I log on my strength is down 10 point all my gear is red. I cannot figure out what happened. It was like the invasion of the points and they disappeared with them! I have tried rebooting everything my laptop, the game, I don’t know where it went.
