Earning Control Area?

Hi, Could someone tell me how to avoid the earning time limit? Is there a way to reset it or is there an area without it?
Also, when does it reset everyday? I'm on Tideswell server (East Coast).

    Answer ✓
    It resets at midnight server time.

    The earning time drains when you are in combat mode in earning areas.
    So anywhere you are not killing anything will keep it from draining.

    In most areas it uses earning time while in combat. Some areas like Warsong it uses earning time when moving as well as when in combat, and some areas like Phoenix Valley don't use earning time.

    I actually monitored the server timebut it didnt reset at midnight server time.
