War Front Supply Pack not working

I don't seem to be able to redeem the items from the War Front Supply Pack (acquired through charge rewards) at the PW Promotions Agent. The quest is just not there. I've relogged and nothing changed. Is it broken or something?

    Did they not change it to simply right click the thing and it opens?
    ((might be wrong tho)

    No, I tried right clicking too.

    Did you open one before on the same toon? You can only acquire the quest once. If not then send a ticket.
