Hai Kaly, can u ask PWCN for Faction Icons, to be updated. Please and Thank you :dizzy:

    Hello!

    I saw an email go out from our CS department to PWCN on the 16th of this month.

    I do not know if your factions logo was in this batch however, since I don't have much visibility there.

    I believe Faction Icons get updated via patch (so server restarts don't update these icons, last I checked). The next time we get a patch and if yours was included in that batch, those should go through! If for some reason on the next patch you are missed and you know you submitted earlier this month, please be sure to ping our Customer Support department again!
