Tidal nerf and more

I remember reading a thread a few months with someone saying tidal cooldown would be increased to 120 seconds, DB skills would be nerfed and HA classes improved but I can't seem to find it anymore.
Did it get deleted or can someone link it to me ?

    If I recall db skills was just 30 sec CD extended on umbrella stalker and quadrature is 50 chi from 30 chi not really a nerf imo

    and what were the improvements on heavy armor classes ?

    If I recall someone said db sin archer got some nerfs while arcane remained the same and all the HA were getting some improvements what exactly did they get I do not know

    Yes I remember that too but what I want to know is what the improvements on HA are exactly to figure out which glyphs I will be using on my toons. Once I make lvl 6 glyphs, I don't want to wait until I get enough for lvl 7 glyphs to switch the type of glyphs.
    I remember @attackerv or @Asterelle - Sanctuary posting info about the skill changes in that thread that got deleted.

    bestial rage, all glyph
    +10% to the hp mark
    lasts 5s (nerf or 5 more seconds ?)

    cornered beast, red glyph
    duration increased from 9-11-13-15 seconds to 10-15-20-25 seconds

    mighty swing, argent glyph
    施放后憎加清除自身员面状态, 同时自身急速2秒
    google trad : After the release of hate to add their own state, while their own rapid 2 seconds
    not sure what this means

    armageddon, all glyphs
    can't miss

    devour, green glyph
    can't miss

    Blademaster

    ferocious leap, drake's ray, army crusher, ocean edge, river avalanche
    all 5 with red glyphs

    每消耗一点元气增加准确度10%
    google trad : Each consumption of a little effort to increase the accuracy of 10%

    accuracy increase depending on the amount of chi consumed i guess ? but it doesn't say for how long so not sure it's the right translation.
    It doesn't look like it will make red glyphs worth using on those skills.

    Seeker

    gravel blade, blue glyph
    stun duration from bloodletting status increased from 0.5-1-1.5-2 seconds to 1.5-2-2.5-3 seconds

    glowing blade, green glyph
    disarm from arme nier increased from 1.5-2-2.5-3 seconds to 2.5-3-3.5-4 seconds

    Assassin

    focused mind
    cooldown increased from 90s to 120s
    evade rate increased from 25% to 35% for lvl 10 and demon
    evade rate increased from 33% to 43% for sage

    tidal protection
    cooldown increased from 90s to 120s


    I'm too lazy to translate other classes.

    The MIght Swing Argent Glyph will Self purify the barb + 2 Second of anti-stun, it would be a massive boost for barbs if it didn't had a huge drawback which is 20 seconds cooldown.

    But Kinda interested to see how the BM Red Glyphs works, as a BM Main myself i could think about switch to a red Glyph on Ocean's edge for the accuracy boost against LA Classes if the amount of the accuracy buff is decent long, since Red Glyph cost half of chi... , time will tell i guess.
