how do i get BH100?

someone told me i have to be celestial sage and someone told me i have to get RB2 And some kind of boundry. Either way, im 102-100 rb1 and still cant get it. i have done the 99 culti but not he celestial sage one. i used to be able to get them on my old characters, what gives?

    i swear to you, im 100% serious. It's not coming up for me. i used the pills to get 100 rb 1 but nothing coming up. =(

    Lv100 is the requirement for regular bh100, nothing else. Notice since the neverfall expansion the bh npc will give you a timed 15 minute token, that you can exchange for the bh100 quest. This means you have to talk to the bh npc twice within 15 minutes to get your bh.
    Be sure to check the npc as bh doesnt show up in find quests.

    For mbh, you need would need rb2, lv100 and mirage sky 1.

    If you just turned 100 today it might be youll have to wait untill next day reset. A few quests are like that.
