Frozen Flame argent glyph glitched?

Well since we got some info about the glyph system i was really excited about this glyph in particular but i just found is gltched vs dbs lol(for who doesnt know this glyph move the cc to the ice hit which just deal 1 now and damage to the fire)basically we just miss the cc hit for the dbs reduce damage passive.... we literally are the only caster who can miss with mag now

    Could you explain a bit more in-depth about the behavior you're noticing (SS's, videos)? We've been unable to reproduce this issue.
