Seeker Nerf?

I've been away from the game for several years.
Back then a seeker made up for its lack of cc skill/lack of anti-cc survival skills by being super tanky with a relatively high damage output for a HA class.

nowadays i feel like they just don't do enough damage and got a little less tankier than usual even when pvp against people of same spirit/in many pve situations.

Did they nerf the seeker while i was gone?
