how to make arena sq match easily

After a few days test, I found it is not easy to match in sq mode.
ur sq mates may not be available at the same time.
even ur sq is available, other sqs is not available
even both sq are available, they may not be the queue at the same time.

Here is a simple solution: use tel in each server.

U can make an alt in each server. current code will let u lvl to 100 instantly.
then u get some free horn from treasure box.
also, u can easily farm some coins to buy tel in the catshop

then, wc, like "LFM 3vs3 sq mode in arena, 1100-1500 score"
I tested b4, it works and bring some sqs to arena.

Otherwise, it is very painful to w4 ppl matching

Remind, only sq mode can give sq reward and finish ur weekly quest. personal match doesn't count weekly quest(100 tkns)

Also, the tkns can exchange the buff pill won't affect ur pot cd. very useful if ur sq no cleric

@kalystconquerer#0876 can u give some code for tel or Dream packs, then we can get some tel

    Also, another solution is:
    rich ppl just set catshop or wc, buying stuff exchanged by arena tokens for G17R1,2,3,4,5 robe and ring.

    then, more ppl will go sq mode instead of personal match

    There is a timer for how long before you can fight the same squad again. My squad did 4 battles in last hour + I know one more squad (which we fought last) is also signed up to go again but it won't match us. Now we are timing out instead of matching.

    @shimarra if the score limit reason? no more 200 diff. but i guess u can not fight same sq in a row.
    I kepts 15 fights in a row after SvS, i met some sq 2-3 times but not in a row.

    I don't think was score limit reason, maybe. But other squad was from faction. It didn't match them to anyone either.

    My squad did the battles during the weekend after xTW time, it seemed active and we fought a lot of different squads. It became less active again some hours later.

    Arena is the best thing pwi ever made but they need to improve it to make more players participate.
    Here is some things can improve this Arena:
    1- change the system to enable (3)/(6) squad VS (3)/(6) Personal squad (its limited to 3 v 3 Squads or 6 v 6 Squads) a personal squad cant fight a fixed squad atm.
    2-priority to be given to squads to go in not to random and that's only if you enable point 1
    3- Rewards should be given to random squads (make the random less rewards) this will make more players participate
    4- the Rate of the rewards makes it almost impossible to get the new rings/Robe, you will need more than 40k coins to get the mats (100 coins per week) :(
    5-when we teleport to the arena we have full chi and full genie should be able to have basic buffs too, since not everyone can afford SOD/Charms. a little reward will make more players join.
    6- disable fly since some pathetic Sb's still do the air glitch.

    Maybe the community could try solve the challenges of the matchmaking and finding squads to fight, instead of trying to get some half-way/buggy/bad solution/limitations in the game itself.

    (For example limiting the Colosseum to 12 hours slots a day, leads to the random fights also being unavailable at that time, removing a fun feature 24/7 and excluding completely those that can't play during those hours)

    The system seems to have a limitation on fighting the same squad repeatedly (maybe on some timer). This leads to quickly running out of squads to fight. 12 squads sign up at same time, after each squad had 11 fights, everyone just sits around waiting for a new squad to sign-up. Combine this with the time-zone differences, not a huge players base interested in ranked pvp, variations in when people decide to sign-up, it will quickly become very hard to find someone to fight without having to wait around all day (which leads to even less people bothering coming).

    Would it be possible for the community to agree on and schedule some fixed time slots per week for "Fight night". Not too many, not too few and something for every time zone. That way people would be able to plan when to sign-up and have their squads ready.

    I agree; it's best for the PWI community to settle down on a schedule at least for the fixed squads.

    I did some math to see how many Arigora Coins you need total for ring/cape for each stage

    Ring:

    s1= 600 coins
    s2= 15.600 coins
    s3= 60.600 coins
    s4= 158.100 coins

    Cape (from scratch):

    s1= 4.200 coins
    s2= 19.200 coins
    s3= 59.200 coins
    s4= 159.200 coins

    Cape (WoA upgrade):

    s2= 10.000 coins
    s3= 50.000 coins
    s4= 150.000 coins

    Everyone asking for a fixed timeframe like china does it well for the rank one I can understand but not for personal, personal is basically pvp without consequences even full PvE players from my server does it which shocked many of us. Keep that open 24^7 is a absolute must I rather not return to server clown fiesta mass pk.

    Well we can try and agree on a timeframe but all of you know Pwi will make it European based then 3 servers will complain DA has the advantage and it's not fair QQ then what soon follows is they make it a fixed time on each server disable the cross server feature give it 6 months to a year and then ppl start complaining they want the cross server aspect back more diversity, not to mention all non European players on DA get screwed AGIAN out of something because of this terrible merge. Does anyone wondering where I'm going with his? Oh yeah... CROSS SERVER NATION WAR ALL THE INSIPID COMPLAINING KILLED A FUN EVENT, SO THE "SOLUTION" WAS TO HAVE SMALL SCALE BORING NWs I swear ppl can never can be happy on this game ._.

    @attackerv seems like we needed to do 5 fights after fighting that squad from faction again. We queued at the same time together again today. My squad had 2 fights before we were matched with them. I think the night before we had 3 fights. Although they reported fighting the same squad from another server 2 times in a row.

    Not sure any of that helps.

    I would've liked it alot more if those rings you can get would actually be tradeable...cause like this its just stupid...If I could use it on all my chars I would go for the rings..but like this? Farming for years for just one char isnt worth my time at all.

    However, making it so that it is even harder to get than g17 (the final cast at least) is good and will prevent hardcore CSers of having a too massive gear advantage way too soon. So I like it in this way. Just do the same that I did with G17 weapons. Ignore it. It's not needed and cept for the ring that can be refined for mdef and pdef...all those rings are not worth the effort imho (they are nice, yeah, but meh, not like they will triple your power...even 5% overall power increase from one of those rings is highballing it massively and thus = not worth it), just saying :D

    People expect balance..how will they do that? Even in other games that normalize the gears...the imbalance is still real. There are currently no games out there that completely normalize your char (to a point n which you can roll a lvl1 char and be just as powerful as someone that plays for a year) because even if you just keep skill upgrades and the gear is fixed..that difference is way too much. In every game.

    Do 1v1, find fitting enemies (gear/skill-wise) and have fun. that's as close to balance as you will ever come in any MMO. Not just RPGs...Just look at some perks you will get for leveling in certain games...not a big advantage cause gear is the same? :D:D:D:D Ridiculous.

    Well here's the thing @jsxshadow there is a way to get a stupidly high amount of coins quickly... It involves alt farming via squads...
    2 3v3 squads and 1 6v6 squad for complete alts. The minimal placement if I am not mistaken is roughly 200 coins for both 3v3 and 6v6

    This alt strat requires 20 fights of 3v3 and 10 fights of 6v6 which allows each alt to get the weekly quest for 100 arena coins and the placement, if not touched, is roughly 200 coins so doing 10 matches to place and then leaving it alone as well as doing the same with 6v6 pays around 500 coins per week per alt so... 3k coins in total spread across alts

    The ratio for mats is 2:1 for trade able version if someone was dedicated enough and had enough coin to abuse this fact they can easily get the ring cape and CoM upgrade maxed in a month or even a week, depending on the number of alts you have.

    Now of course this won't become popular until the tourney resets since most ppl that want to do this don't want to pay the 110mill in fees each week for 3k coins, they are all waiting for the reset to see if the 30mill and 50mill squad fees are per week or a 1x thing.
    If it's a 1x fee, welcome to xtourney where you 1 shot alt squads...

    Sad part is that a person in tideswell was doing this and nearly every match we were fighting in ranked paired us up against them. While nice this ruins the idea of xServer in the first place.

    @nunuator Easy fix for that issue. If someone is repeadetly being oneshot for 5 fights in a row then they should be banned for the week and not receive a weekly reward at all. Being oneshot could negetively influence lower-geared players so I guess it would be best to count in other factors as well, Such as soulforce, total match-time and stuff like that.

    Even then it could still happen that legit players get shafted for it but there is only a limited amount of things you can do to prevent such abuse. And to be honest..if your gear is that low that you get constantly oneshot by anyone and cant even survive for a few seconds then there is no point in doing arena anyways, ijs.

    @attackerv is there any meassure from CNs side against this sort of abuse or is it still the same as when it first came out in china?

    Actually, those alts will only be able to make the first or first 2 tier of rewards XD. To make all the mats, you need to reach 2000 poitn in ranking for the final cast with all the arigora coins needed for it at that time. So, if you never reach 2k, no final cast. Get 2k early and never again after, no final cast :D

    I wont be focusing on this until the rate is improved. Currently to finish 1 piece it will take 11 years if you do 1 win a day

    @xdragonxx True. but Main can save the low rank stuff, also like buff pill. They just use their token on high rand stuff. there is enough motive to bring alts there. think about NW. Nowadays, some ppl already NPC tokens but still some alts in NW is running map.

    Honestly, I may bring alts to arena too. at least for finishing my weekly quest to earn some buff pill to have fun in personal matching. u know many ppl including my sq just suffer waiting waiting and waiting, no match at all. Also, sq mate is not easily gathered at the same time except those very active ppl (online 8+ hours each day). 15 fights weekly quest is not easy to finish it.

    To me, I have family and work. How can I join sq mode of arena? It is not feasible to me. But yes. personal matching is very good to me. But no reward! How can I get the buff pills. Only way is bring alts to dies 15 times quickly. Then go bk to personal match for fun.

    TBH, most of ur guys suggestions won't be accepted. PWI can't change the code and must be excused by pwcn devs. ATM, they won't give extra change for PWI, and keep pwi and pwcn unified as possible for save code maintaining cost. Most of change must start from pwcn, then move to here. So don't expect pwi or pwcn devs can make a special change for pwi.

    The devs will give us new things but usual deviations that are easy is specific mounts/packs/cosmetics etc. Things that are harder is version specific NPCs, systems, or anything else that's been done in the past. What we can also do is suggest things to them we'd like to see and they'll work them into their updates, which will then pass on to us.

    Our version and theirs already has a few changes between them that must be maintained every update - the more we add the more likely other things are to break. That being said, moving to a 12 hour timeslot/frame will mean cross server battles will be slanted to EU time. This change (12 hour) I hear is in CN's version, but I'm unsure how our players will feel about it. I remember there were alot of people who wanted an "always on" cross server entry, though this wasn't quite what they envisioned it to be?

    I was checking Arigora yesterday while I was out of office and I was able to squad up just fine. So I think it's definitely the "logistics" of the system that is limiting players (wherein you can't be matched against the same people), where I was initially worried that the system itself was straight up not pairing people.

    Having the colloseum be always on is definitely better for PWI because we have players from all over the world. People can have some PvP fun whenever they want. It's just an issue for fixed squads because fixed squads can only play at certain times.

    We, as a community, can just settle down to play with fixed squads during the weekends or after xTW or NW and such.

    @kalystconquerer#0876 lmfao she even said it just as I did a 12hr time frame will be EU time based like all cross server events which eventually get rage quitted for a local version because Western countries 90% of us can't make it cheating us out of a event we need just like us HL Western players can't do RW,TnF ect this 12hr bs isn't ganna be worth it. Perhaps maybe do 2 time lots on EU based 1700 and the other 1700 EST and run to 2300 that way EU play with all the EU easy and Western play with Western oh "my squad is mostly EU" make a new one and accommodate but a 12hr time run based on EU means this ends at like 3pm-6pm for most of us western world when we just get off work? Lmfao GOODJOB guys let's keep complaining about even though it's not perfect the best event we have had in years ._.

    Honestly, if its EU time 12h, we might as well stop doing the arena because most ppl in America arent even home from school/work by 12am EU time which is when the arena slot ends.

    so you saying that you can't make the mats or the items in that NPC bound ?
    and is it hard to change the system to give rewards to the personal matchmaking ? or to change it to pair fixed squad vs personal squad ?

    just finish weekly quest. about 10 fights in a row (im done 5 fights b4). at the beginning, about 2-3min waiting. but for last 2 fights, almost 30mins waiting time. have to horn in other servers.......

    we met Joe sq two times, not in a row, but maybe after two other sq.....

    EU 12am-12pm definitely should not be implemented here. if narrow window. better guarantee for 8pm-2pm server time. Otherwise, let it be 24-hour.

    Actually, no bad to meet alts sq. at least, we get scores and get more tokens.
    To most alts, they just want to finish weekly quest. Don't care lost
    So both get benefits.
    only cost is just 1+min start-time.

    There was one game (starts with T, ends with A, and uses FPS-aiming instead of tab target) that offered complete normalization of all gears. The only thing you could change were crystals and talent/glyph builds for self-customization options.

    It was very apparent who the really skilled players were in that game - the best players were capable of outdamaging the average player by over 2x, and the best healers could tank the entire enemy party while throwing out cc's and healing their own.

    Sadly that game started releasing a bunch of ridiculously op new classes, dumbed down the instances to the point where lol facetanking was the optimal strat, and in general made a bunch of baffling balance choices, which caused most of the hardcore 3v3 players to leave the game.

    Anyway it's odd but in PWI there's a very obvious imbalance when it comes to duskblades and sins in this game - there's one sin in particular that has over a 90% win rate in random 3's and is 100% impossible to tank w/ self buffs. It's kind of funny how even slight imbalances or tiny buffs in the other game caused the meta to shift completely while in this game we could give a class 7x base damage and it's somehow business as usual xD.

    In regards to PWI, money is the great equalizer.
