problem with codes

hi when i try to redeem a code it says i have no characters.i have lvl 101 lvl 100 lvl 78 and others below that.anyone had similar problem n fixed it ??? be gratefull for any help ty kindly

    Try redeeming on the website, here. Or if you have been doing that, try redeeming within the Arc client.
