    Hello!

    The season is just ending tonight, so I'll have to go around collecting all the maps and finalizing placements. This gives us enough of a downtime to disburse everything for the respective leaders as well as gives extra time for Resource Wars. April 5th should be when the maps are wiped.

    What happened with the Random Faction Monthly TW Drawings? I see it was awarded for January but nothing noted for February or March.

    @skuttlebut February fell through unfortunately - I'll still need to run March's announcement, but I'm running into some snags recently with a few TW and TW faction related issues that have been brought up. So there will be a bit of a delay on this month's drawing due to that while we run some investigations. Hope this is not too much of an inconvenience!

    Were the rewards handed out for the January raffle? I am in one of the factions that won and didn't receive anything....

    I believe all leaders of the winning factions were sent a mail containing a code with small prizes attached. On Etherblade it got leaked and as it was limited (not sure if it was 200 or to faction member amount) a lot of the winning faction did not get them either.

    Speak to your faction leader to check his mail. If not, he should have ticketed. I would not get any hopes on this as they have missed a few months. Would be best to scrap this idea until after new expansion next month, once they can refocus more on other problems.

    Can you provide more info? Support isn't helping me at all. Was it 1 code given out that can be redeemed 200x? Do you know approx when this code was given out?
    I was in XXXXX at the time and didn't receive jack... so I wonder ..........

    This is the problem with the way they did the rewards.

    It went very wrong... The faction leaders had to give people the code im sure some people used on alts and in some cases im sure some people in that faction where not given a code. O and to top it all off one of the codes Leaked.

    If you are trying to contact support they may not be able to help you as this was a faction leader only thing. May be worth asking Kaylst about this but sorry to say it may be a complete write off.​​

    Yeah it seems like the one singular code got leaked, but for the affected faction I gave a few extra replacement codes. Which then leads me to have to make individual ones for the leaders to distribute rather than 1 single one. I can track how many have been redeemed this way but not by whom, so faction leaders do need to make sure that the codes are going to the right people.

    The old way of doing it (having leaders submit rosters) caused a whole slew of issues last time, so hopefully this method is a bit easier on everyone involved!

    I was also a member of a winning faction and did not receive anything.

    I would like to remind pwi to please be punctual on these rewards. Players change factions as I have and those players now will not receive their rewards. (at least if their leader is salty af)

    This also leads to leaders being rich in event gold so i would request if pwi cannot monitor the use of individual codes to at least monitor the event gold of leaders.

    I'm curious why these rewards just cant be auto sent out like the ceremonial weapons and the little pets could. It would make it alot easier for staff.. as well as faction leaders making sure the appropriate people receive what they earned (even if they are no longer in the guild by the time PWI decides to send out the rewards).​​

    @tricksie for faction members to get specific rewards, a whole patch of item sends would have to be done. It was a bit crazy last time trying to make sure the rosters we had were accurate (and also leaders could still omit people in those rosters, so there was a certain level of trust we had to have). We can now search factions ourselves and see all members in it, however I'm not entirely sure how often it refreshes information.

    The code packs this round for winning factions don't include Event Gold, though the random drawings do. I would hope the leaders aren't hording codes for Event Gold, but any other methods I have that cuts down abuse would result in alot more paperwork for everyone involved and longer processing times.

    Also, I have to check into a faction saying they should be a part of the rankings but are not - so that's why disbursements aren't going out yet for this round at least. They'll be sent out though within the week, but I do want to make sure that there's no incorrect rewards or rewards missing!
