You are wrong. You just put safe code while opening your bank.

@stealraine81 this happens when you get a server error. Next time you play on win10, check if your ping is 0. If it is, then you have a server error and you need to wait a while until its gone or relog (multiple times if necessary).

Girlfriend has the same issue. Quite often gets server error upon log ins and absolutely nothing fixes it. Its a brand new, end of the line gaming laptop and no flushes or checks fixes it. She sometimes also gets a bank pin request when trying to switch her gear and since her account creation, she has never ever used a safe pin on her account.

Support simply say she had one at one point and its why it occasionally comes up. I think they just obviously have no idea and so are trying to pass it off as something that isn't as it's easier for them to do that.

Having Windows 10, I tried everything, flushing DNS, uninstalling antivirus, reseting router, but still got server error. Windows mode? Didn't try, but I don't like playing in window mode.

So what did I do? I switched back to Windows 7 and everything is perfect now. Even if you alt-tab between clients, on Windows 10, for some reason, you can hear sound but there's a black screen for 5 seconds. But on Windows 7, it switches almost instantly.
PWI may not be optimized for Windows 10, but there's nothing WE can do. It's up to the PWE team...

As far as the server errors go, I found a perma-solution for me (i'm on win10 as well). I just keep the V-sync setting turned on all the time and i never have server errors anymore. Not sure what that setting even does or what connection it has with the server errors, but so far it worked for most people i've recommended it to fox-39.gif
