All old characters deleted?

Hey, so I had an original account from 2009 but I can't figure out what my password is and the email was long since deactivated... I managed to remember my password for my secondary account, but all of the old servers are gone and all of my characters too? Maybe I am doing something wrong? Sad :(

    The servers merged in 2015, and they did delete a bunch of old characters if I remember right? I'm sure you could send in a ticket to help you out more.

    As far as I'm aware, they have never deleted characters. Most likely you are choosing the incorrect server. The servers were merged and renamed a while ago.

    This is correct they did merge all 8 servers down to 4 NO toons where deleted however they where prefixed with a different ending depending on the server they came from and if the name was already in use. This was done for the new XNW which is not active currently.

    If you remember your original account name or e-mail I would ticket support and say you lost the account password and e-mail Quote as much info as possible for the account "E-mail, Last used, Toon Names, Class, Lv, any rare items and anything else important to the account." Their is a good chance your be able to get it back.
