Rumors about anti aps on all bosses true?

I hear things about an update in the future that will give all bosses the buff that triggers when received physical damage (i forgot the name of the buff) which lowers every physical hit it gets. Is this an official thing? Because I cant find anything about it on the forums or anywhere but multiple people are saying it. And if it is written somewhere, where can I find that information?
And if so, my question is, why would pwi do this? This is only to help aps out of pwi but that isnt as op as it once was. With alot of effort it can be made quite op with the new G17 daggers but it doesnt make the game out of balance or anything in my view.
I hope you people can make this more clear to me, thanks in advance for that :)

    there is already a forum post talking about this no GM has made a post to confirm and or deny this give it till 2020 and you might see a change like the psy buff change that is supposedly happening with this next update

    Its been said that some instances will be getting update Luna was one of them. This MAY or May not include this.

    However its not been said about ALL bosses getting this skill/Buff.​​

    This is a rumor - at least for TT 3-3, I've checked it with a APS character and no bosses have this buff currently.

    If players are that concerned about TT 3-2 and 3-1 I can check these instances as well as look into Lunar to see if anything changed. But for now, I can confirm that there is no anti APS for TT 3-3.

    What about the opposite? Is there a possiblity that the NEW Bosses or previous bosses that DID HAVE the anti-aps buff now no longer have it? (UCH,UP,FSP,xTW Dragon etc...)

    I doubt I can hit all these before launch, especially for xTW. I believe we have a simple bypass method that does not require going into actual instances to check these bosses, but I'll need to confirm with Surtr that any results I get from that are clean. So if the bypass is a guaranteed way to get results, then that information I can make a note to include into a blog either pre-launch or post. Otherwise, if I have to run all instances legitimately, I might not reach them all in time.
