Tsuchun's Treasure - NPC missing (Etherblade)

The npc is gone (Etherblade), even tho the announcement says it will last till the 22nd. Is it possible to bring that npc back? I like that event, and I know others do too :-)

    This will be affecting both West Coast servers. I've just gone in and read the email threads detailing the nature of the issues we were experiencing, so please stand by while I log in and respawn all missing NPCs! Will report back when all NPC's have returned!

    EDIT : All NPC's have returned! Please let me know if you are experiencing any issues with these NPC's or if anymore vanish and I'll hop in to take care of them!
