West Coast Servers Offline

Traceroute to the servers is fine, but they are showing offline in the server list, and everyone I've had contact with got booted, and is unable to login.​​

    Ahh, arcgames.com is down, and the unofficial server status image shows....

    I can log in and get as far as the character selection window, but no characters are there.

    server crashed again for a second time after it just came back up for a few minutes

    as title said, this has been going on for a while now
    map keeps crashing, u can log back in for a few, then crashes again

    needless to say, TNF is about to start and ppl cant log

    My main was in Heavenfall Temple when the server did its first crash, and i can log every toon except for her...


    got it after 30mins of trying... missed entry to tourney missed rw.... **** horrible.

    eterblade went down at one point as well, and could get access to forums either

    Tsuchun's Treasure quest npc also got removed. It should be there till the 23rd. And other stuff got bugged from the crash.

    All servers and Arc went down a couple times over the space of a few hours. Unfortunate timing with it being so close to PvP tournament so would assume it was a DDOS attack. I could be wrong though.

    St Patricks Day Envoy has been successfully removed (a day later than scheduled)

    Tsuchun's Treasure NPC has vanished again on Etherblade (this happened a few days ago also)

    can't get into homestead - not sure about other maps (Friday, 17 Mar 0421 server time)

    All NPC's have been respawned and Pinata Bosses were spawned as well!

    We had an issue at our data center that was servicing the West Coast servers, but our other services were interrupted as well (Arc, website, etc.) If you experience any further issues or if any spawned NPC's disappear please let me know!
