    as far as i seen it is not, im going to go on a limb and say the emrgency maint. screwed the charge rewards

    Hello!

    Charge Rewards are live and active on my end - please check to confirm! Promo was set up, but it wasn't showing up for some odd reason, so we poked around under the hood. If you see any further issues, please let us know!

    Today i added after 12 pdt which is 3 pm server time 100 gold purchase x 2 for 220 gold with bonus and transfered it to pwi game but on charge promotion page it still says 0 points is anyone else having this issue or is it just tideswell?

    I am having this issue also. I bought a bunch of gold several hours ago and I have 0 charge reward points.

    Charged 100 gold 5 hrs ago, still no points. going to exit arc and reload...see if that helps

    closed arc and game. restarted arc, and nothig is showing up for points

    kalyst can u confirm if they are working on a solution for those of us who charged at start of promo in that first hour who did not recieve thier points. i know of 3 in the faction tempest with me who also didnt recieve thier points. the page was up the timer was going for it so we figured it was safe to charge. my billing shows it was charged after promotion was suppose to start. we put in tickets with no response yet. any update would be awesome.

    I also did not recieve my charge points and purchased within the last hour at roughly 9pm PST a little before but the charge promo page still shows no rewards there. I used my usual paypal account and the gold IS on the Etherblade server. Any help or updates on this would be appreciated thank you.

    Just charged now, March 2 at 10am (CST). No charge points showed up. I thought It would have been figured out a day later. I have the gold but no reward points.

    I just got added to the email chain for this issue, so we're having Engineering taking a look! A datapull was done to reconfirm all the users that were affected and how many points they should be awarded, but we might have to do a second one to make sure we got everyone, especially for the newer transactions! If I find out more information I'll post here, but that's all I've gotten for now information wise.

    So they've informed me that it should be corrected now (or well, rather, corrected around 11:47 AM PST) They'll be rewarding players back with the points they should have earned, so these should get back to everyone soon!

    I've been pretty slammed at work today so my apologies for the late response to this thread! If you run into any further problems, do let Customer Support know or drop a line here and I'll try to hop in and check it when I'm free.

    Dear Kalyst is there going to be an ETA on the time the points will be sent out for those who already charged as its 7:02PM PST as I am writing this an still have not seen any on the charge promo page. Anyway hope to see an update on the info on this soon thanks.

    Thank you for your report about the missing charge reward points. We're very sorry to hear of this situation, but unfortunately there had been some issues that prevented recent charges from receiving qualifying points. However, any newer charges would be able to receive points now. We'll be working on having the past affected transactions resolved, with replacement points provided in the near future. It should be ready within a reasonable time before the current promotion ends, as we do want users to have sufficient time for redeeming the replaced points. Again, we do apologize for any delays with the process. If you have any further questions about the upcoming point recovery, please let us know.

    Still pretty salty that I can't +12 my wep and kill get more kills than i would have in tw and xtw... can we get an estimated window at least cause in my eyes this is starting to get ridiculous.

    Yes just checked and got my points. However they forgot to add the extra bonus if you charge higher amounts of gold like +15% (33 gold) for charging 199.99 euro as example.

    Ok, so points should have been awarded now, so those should go back into your accounts. Our CS representatives should be looking into ensuring people got their points that were a part of both datapulls that were done. If you somehow did not get your points still and you have charged Zen during the Charge period, let CS know! I'll be keeping an eye on this thread on and off today for any further issues, but most of the Charge Point and redeem issues should be cleared up now!
