Ikr the fact they can put all the other stuff in botique like starchart materials they should be able to put bloods in shop...no new person to the game would be able to close the gap unless they had all their passives to match but quickly countered by the fact how much vitae is needed to advance it makes it a little pointless since you got to wait it out anyway.
