Charge Rewards are Missing

Everything is present an accounted for except the final three advertised:

Deity Code : [ATK] A gem filled with spiritual powers that can be fused with LV 13+ gear.
Dragon Orb Flame : 100% chance to successfully increase an item's refinement level by 1. Can be used to make higher rank Dragon Orbs at a Jewelcraftsman. Maximum refinement level: +12.
War Avatar Chest: S : This chest contains a S-grade War Avatar.

I can't find any mention of these being time/date-specific like some items have been in the past.

    We need to know if these are really going to be prizes and how much they will cost.
