    Please bring this back incarcerate is the only card I am lacking in my seeker and with each warsong city avatar chest running 250mill+ for a 16.67% chance of getting the card I need I would much rather spend and have a chance at a confirmed card rather than having to buy 10+ packs @250mill each... I know the rate is low on this raffle but, one of my buds that got the incarcerate from this said he spent 250-300 to get it rather than spending 250mill, roughly 75 gold to have a chance at it...
    Charge rewards makes people spend more in the end for instead of having to charge a massive amount for a single card... They can now try luck in two ways of they wish
