does anyone knows if sos reachs 50% chance to proc??? and if so, how much soulforce do you need

    My psychic has 35000 soulforce and her sos proc rate is around 21%. I have reason to believe that 50% proc rate is impossible to reach. I would imagine 25- 30% being max proc rate.
