High CPU Usage

The ArcOSOverlay (32 bit) used to use just a small amount of CPU now it hovers around 25% and brings my computer to a halt.
What kind of fool pays for a free game.

You can also play the game through Steam. (And subsequently, start the Steam version without Steam as well. Without the neat hi-jinks even.)0
