SERIOUSLY PWI?????????

Disclaimer: I know I am not suppose to write about bans on here, so i'll try best to keep the details to a limit..

OK so my main was ban about 2 months ago today.(which was my fault and I took responsibility ).. I was told to "make another account if I wished to continue playing". I took a month's break and when I came back I grind for about 2-3 weeks till this very day. To get my levels up again on RA/RB's +primal and all that.. 1 lv away from RB/RA lv 100. I tried logging in tonight and saw that it was banned.. There was not any email stating a ban... So my question is, can pwi ban me for my past account incident???(even the the past account have been already ban) And if so is there anything I can do about it???? Note: over 150$ was spent on this account so far. This the sort of scummy trash why people are leaving this game!

Nobody here can help you. Submit a ticket and find out why you were banned. If you haven't done anything wrong then you should get it back pretty easily.

Ready the ToS they don't need to give a reason they can ban you without cause at anytime. It's why I will NOT spend money on this game. I mean why would I when they could just decide tomorrow to ban me for nothing.

Sent in ticket. No response. And yes if they don't release the account I am just done with this game. Cause it's unfair, you have people buying/selling accounts.. Account sharing, to whom pwi won't even look into.. But they ban me for no reason?. Its messed up.

if you have submitted a ticket, then wait. It can take them up to a week before they reply to you (if they reply to you). Don't send another, or you'll have to wait longer because the system will push you back in the queue. Or something like that.
They were never fast, nor they were very helpful most of the time (and you can find the right guy that will try to help, or find that one person that doesn't care or has no idea what's going on in general), and so far I heard no news of them changing this track record.

My account was ban due to a paypal payment that was cancelled. Pwi is wanting me to repay them. Even though I did not even receive any gold for this cancelled payment.. This a new level of low for pwi. Sad fact is, they can easily enough look into my transaction history and I know it shows on there that it was cancelled. So what am I to repay??.. Better this had happened now than after I had rank 9 that char.. I'm being charged to release ban for an purchase that was cancelled, that I didn't even get gold for.. Grrrrrrr

This is definitely up CS's alley and out of my jurisdiction. Where I'm able to check in, like in the case of charge promos, in-game bugs, TW/DC/Events etc, usually they're pretty good about it. But account specific related stuff, such as bans, account sharing, charge specific issues, TOS etc? That's all usually their end of things and I'm pretty hands off. I'd say wait a bit before sending in another ticket since you said you sent one in yesterday, correct?

yep yep got a reply back lastnight. The reason for ban is as stated above. Is there a way they can check even the in game gold i've gotten?? Cause it seems that even on the pwi transaction history page. Showing that this purchase was cancelled wasn't enough for them. I'd love to see how stupid they look when they see that they banned me for no reason. If I didn't know better, i'd think those emails/whom I was speaking to was a scam... Ijs this isn't flying right.. and im not about to pay to release my account for something I did not even get... That's fraud .-.

Are you sure you didn't spend the gold? I've been banned for sokething similar before. You just pay them for the gold you recieved and they'll unban you. Easy peasy. My problem was with Paypal but I switched banks amd forgot to update my paypal. Took three weeks but I dealt with it.

nope what had happen was, bought the gold using paypal. But it was taking so long to clear(doing that processing thing that it does) I had it cancelled.. Ended up using my card to buy the gold directly. The gold bought using my card was the only gold my account was credited for.. And for the cancelled paypal funds it shows on all 3. Bank/paypal and pwi transaction history that it didn't go through. Hell ive even got the ticket convo still of the bloody gm canceling the paypal payment. So hell if anything it was an error on their end. That I still didn't even get the gold for! So why must I pay??

Cancelling a charge is a sure fire way to get yourself banned. I've charged before and realised it was a bad move and asked for a refund, and they've been more then happy to give that to me. However cancelling it is seen as a threat to the business and is a very serious offence in their eyes. I'm sure you could pay the charge when your able to and get your gold as well as your account back.

Yep only way to fix this is 'uncancel' the payment. If you have proof pwi didnt give you the gold that may help but chances are you would have recieved it in your account after the waiting period. See if you can check your account balance and if you cant ask pw for account balance explaining you cancelled it thinking you didnt get gold, and if its in your account now and they provide proof youre happy to pay but it wasnt in your account before you were banned and thats why you cancelled it.

I actually did same thing first time i charged and got banned for a weekend ^^ honest mistake since they dont offer specific info on when you will recieve or if cancelling payment will cancel the transaction.

In any case pw wont unban it until they recieve payment

At this point, wait for their reply and explain exactly what has happened. If you can convince them that the original transaction failed and you went with a direct one this will be solved without you having to charge more to unban your account.

Its standard policy for most games to use this practice. You are banned from using your account until actions are resolved. I had this trouble once with another operator. Cant remember what It was over but they backed down when I started getting to know who I needed to talk to. It was all something so simple as well.

Odd reason really to ban someone before finding out the reason for the fail. Hell could have even been their end...

Yup pay pal and it is somewhere i think in toss but don't quote me about unpaid balances its just not pay pal also debit card my bank with held funds because they thought it was unusual activity and held the funds i had to call my bank one it was all cleared up my pwi account was free with one phone call to there office.
