Greetings!
We are aware of an issue in which users who purchased gold between 00:00 and 12:00 this morning (PST) did not properly receive points for our current charge promo.We have fixed the issue, and all future transactions will have points properly applied. We were able to take care of most of the affected users. For those of you who have not been reimbursed yet, your points reimbursed on Monday. This process will be automatic; you do not need to submit a ticket to Support to get your points.Thank you you for your understanding.

Monday. Didn't charge on the basis I would have to wait 4 days for my points. Another PWI mess up with a just as bad messed up fix.Moonshine drinker

I have yet to be reimbursed my 690 points. I did send a ticket as well with these response being Quote ( Be Patient ). Btw the time is 12:10 PST0

Replying across all threads regarding points :
Engineering had pushed though a fix, but it seemed to have missed some users. You will not need to ticket in as there was a datapull conducted for all users and payments that were affected.0 -

It's been 35 hours now. I have not received my spend rewards from the Lorelei spend program and the Black Friday sales 11/28 spend program0

So now they took away the points I had from charging later on top of not funding me my points for when the promo went live. This is becoming some serious clownfiesta.0

It just recently got back up and I had gotten my points after it did, might be related. And yea, I am still missing 3 drakeflames and some other **** too myself from spend promos.0 -
Points should have returned to players earlier in the evening (should have come up right before I left the office today in fact). Engineering was doing some fixes and looks like they pulled it down momentarily. If something else got lost in the shuffle, let CS know and they should sort you out!0
