Is this going to be the same as with Althea? sight..

    May need to wait til next maintenance. With Astrid it took two weeks. Althea was glitched so can't really use that as a benchmark.

    There appears to be some issues with PWE tracking for these War Avatar rewards. I qualified and received every tier reward up to and including Kestra token. I submitted a ticket today to prime PWE for the maintenance item (in case they forget).

    Imagine my surprise when I got a reply saying I do not qualify because I spent only 10g during the promo....I had to reticket with a screenshot.

    So everyone please check your bags and if you do not receive a card after today's maintenance, you may be experiencing the same error.

    the nuema portal card tracking system probably works as well as democracy in some western countries

    Got it today but it wasnt in my mail as stated on the token but in my war avatar bag

    Some items have weird limitations on them which don't allow them to be sent through the mail (Kind of like bound goods), so we sometimes have to just give them to you directly. Sorry about any confusion there!

    still not receive kestra card, i have put the token in my inventory. how should i proceed?

    Contact support, you missed the datapull as rest of us got our Kestras during last maintenance.
