@SylenThunder - Sanctuary I do like the idea of making another EST server let all NA players who opt to move go (for a small fee of 50g-100g seriously if this isn't a small fee to actually feel like there's activity and get dailies done since DA after 6pm EST the server is a wasteland and idk about you but I get off work roughly 7EST) than sorry y'all idk what is xD. Anyways I'd like this so we can have 4 way xNW sure there would be clear population difference but I think what people hated most was the time for xnw. I will agree HL was a small population and while that did suck I'm sure a fair amount can agree we will take that over basically losing events like rw nw tw simply due to having lives outside of game.I don't want to alienate EU what's so ever but it's been to the point the most time you see NA players active on DA is Saturday Sunday ghost rest of the week because aside from struggling to do dailies there's nobody left. Or let me move to tidewell or etherblade k thanks bai ^_^
7PM is 1AM server time, so most people will be sleeping by then.
9AM-4PM is probably the most active hours, you can get some really good pk during those times. But of course me and pretty much every single east cost players are working during those hours.
Lets stay on topic though.

Ancient Emblems will be available soon though future Cash Shop updates though chance packs. I have been reading this thread, so I'll keep the shortage in mind when I plan out schedules.

These items as mentioned are also available from the weekly Thursday PK Tournament in game. Which currently "For the entirety of the elysium expansion" has not functioned. All new expansion features such as new gears and required items such as "Ancient Emblems" and G17 materials which we are severely lacking in our version all can be redeemed through this event.
This event has not worked and should be prioritized.
Both the local version of the event and the cross-server version of the event are disabled.

@kalystconquerer#0876 so when you say "chance packs", do you actually mean new chance packs, or just the old ones that are just as expensive as the newer chance packs which have twice as good rewards?Post edited by shopcheese on0

@kalystconquerer#0876 also, and yes i've ticketed this already, the only way to get Ancient Emblems atm is through trials 2.1-3.9, however trials 3.1 and up are broken. they don't work. 2.9 is the end. so even ingame ways of getting them aren't available. can someone look into fixing that please? kind of messed up doing 18 sets of trials and then getting shafted when it comes to decent rewards.0

I'm definitely not excusing the delay, but I'll be taking a look over the rewards of the Tournament again along with Orinj and all other parties that it concerns, and determine what items - if any - can be given out or made available in other ways. I wasn't walking in expecting sunshine and rainbows, but I want to work with the community to get as many sources as possible open for these, while we work on that feature in the background.
To answer specific concerns -
@shopcheese As far as I'm aware, none of the "newer" released chance packs contain these Ancient Emblems, so I have had to rotate in older chance boxes. However since these are older, they are not being priced out as high as some of our "newer" boxes and I will continue to emphasize that lower prices should be applied to our older boxes (baring anything that has had extreme popularity in the past or contains mounts not seen commonly - ex. see : price of Sunshine Packs) . Again, I want to stress this is purely a band aid solution, and I will be working with Orinj, Domino and others to either 1) fix Trials, if this is even possible 2) find newer chance boxes that have pertinent meta drops alongside Ancient Emblems, test them, then release them to the public or 3) find a way to get these items injected into the Charge Reward campaigns. The ultimate goal is to get Thursday Night Fights working, but moving forward, to also take a look at all the high tiered items, check the pulse on gear progression and to adjust accordingly.
@hakundo this would actually need to go though our QA team to double check trials. I remember doing them when they came out on live and don't recall them being broken, but it sounds like somewhere along the line it did (?) I'll also be checking it alongside them, but I am assuming players want Thursday Night Fights as the priority for testing, and Trials second. This is still definitely a buggable issue if it refuses to go past a certain point though, and is concerning.
If there's anything I missed as sources for these and any other items from Tournament, let me know and I'll note them down!

Yes I think you're def right on this, trials is old content and people are bored of it b/c it takes forever and doesn't drop anything relevant.

Which is why I'm trying to see what avenues we have to fix this. While money is nice to keep the lights on, there should be a good balance of sources for items in-game, when possible. I'd rather steer clear of adding Emblems straight into the Boutique as a purchasable myself. (and I have a feeling CN would probably say no anyways). I'm hoping its "new enough" that they can still move on it.0 -

Have you even checked the price of ancient emblems in game even when trials was working? You realize we're going to need 48 or more of these emblems, depending on luck, in the upcoming expansion just to progress gear-wise right? Trials simply won't be enough to supply the entire playerbase.0 -

@kalystconquerer#0876 Very refreshing to have PWI answer concerns on the forums (thank you, by the way). After a faction finishes Trial 1.9 (they come in sets of nine trials, three levels of difficulty), they can be reset at the NPC to start off Trial 2.1 - which worked fine. However after we finished 2.9, the NPC had no option to reset for us to start off Trial 3.1. Would be great if someone could at least look into that. It can't be that hard to fix surely. qq. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for TNF to work properly - not much else to do endgame-wise (until you guys fix D-UP). While I have you here, any word on fixing drops in Deicide Unchartered Paradise? They're also broken.

I think the idea is to fix them both along with adding packs containing drop chance of emblems. Which is obviously the best solution. Just the tournament sounds like its a more involved issue that will take time...

Would it be possible to just add ancient emblems to boutique, similar to accessory socket stones in price. Socket stones were added while they were fairly new content, ancient emblems are old content and this may be the only way to supply the servers at this point after going without them for so long.0

@eirghan As far as ease of fixes are concerned, the easiest solution is to search though unreleased chance boxes and put them up for sale, followed by fix Thursday Fights Fights, followed by fix Trials.
Trials is an older feature that will take more time to investigate and has a higher chance of getting kicked back a "we can't fix this". But for sanity sake and the principle of the matter, it should still be investigated. It is by no means the most efficient of the methods, but I'd like to take all sources into account first. The ideal is to have all three sources available for players and to hope CN has introduced more methods to obtain these items within the next content update.
@hiitsmeguys As stated above, I'd like to try and steer clear of putting them directly into the boutique itself. You are correct though on the Accessory Socket Stone, so perhaps this could be the reasoning put to devs. The price, however, on such an item as a direct sell may not be a price players would want to see.0
