Stuck with homestead scroll in inventory

As title says i have scroll "Comission: Furnishing" in my inventory and it was supposed to port my toon to specific location to do delivery (backpack) quest, but it simpy doesn't. Timer on scroll is running and most likely will fail that quest unless someone has solution to my problem.
Scroll infacts says to go to Homestead Quest interface but it is not helping since it is empty and can't be right-clicker or anything. Please if someone had problem like this i would love to hear solution (and oh yeah i did relog plenty times :P)

    This happened to me, and it was because I already had an old quest in my list that was the exact same quest. You cannot be telported to the location because you have to do your old quest first. PWI's system doesn't flex with having two of the same quest.

    Either that or your quest list is full, preventing you from teleporting, or you didn't accept the quest properly under Delivery in the menu. Or you're glitched. But it looks like the first thing.

    tyvm for your answer but must admit it is not old quest issue nor full quest log... can be other two but idk how to resolve that... this is my 2nd time to do that type of quest since i just started my Homestead on this toon and upgraded my crafting "speciality" yesterday and that is why this is important to me atm (giddy when everything is new :smile: )

    Okay, well inside your homestead check the Q button (top left) then check the Delivery tab in the top of the new window. If there's a red quest for Furnishing take it. Beyond that I have nothing since tired, I'm going to bed, so good luck on that time limit!

    that Delivery thing was first i tried but it is empty (no red quests)... :neutral:

    Hi Folks, I have same problem with homestead furnishing quest it says go to merchant Ishi in Wave breaker village i get transported to side of raging Tides and make my way to Wave breaker, you get there and theres no Merchant Ishi, so i'm left with a scroll thats counting down and good for nothing, same as guy above says..it says to use in homestead quest interface nothing happens.
    i have no outstanding quests for furnishing......this quest is definately broken!
