Happy Halloween Everyone!

It’s that time of year, when ghouls take to the land, the air takes a sudden chill, and the dead rise from their graves to walk among the living… This is truly a hauntingly magical time of the year. In celebration of this the most Hallowed of holidays, we thought it might be fun to get into the spirit so to speak with a bit of a contest!

We’re going to shake things up a bit from your usual spooky screenshot contests that you usually see this time of year… This year… Quiet on the Set!
That’s right friends! This year we want you to get creative and take a screen shot of you and your friends recreating a scene in-game from your favorite movie or movie poster! So suit up, and snap that photo!


The rules:
Photographs must be 11x17
Please refrain from sexually suggestive screenshots
Recreate a scene from your favorite movie or movie poster
Include the original source material for a side by side comparison
All photographs will be judged on how close you come to recreating that scene or poster


Once we call Cut, we will go through all the entries and pick the 3 most creative and accurate screenshots. Those 3 will receive:

1st: 500 Event Gold, War Avatar Chest: S
2nd: 250 Event Gold, War Avatar Chest A
3rd: 100 Event Gold



Contest Begins: 10/19/16 10 AM PDT
Contest Ends: 11/16/16 10 AM PST

    Question: is slight editing (like collaging and color/light/shadows adjustment, but without changing or twisiting actual ingame objects) allowed?
    Or maybe everything is allowed? xD    ​​

    I spoke with the Judges and in the event of a poster that uses collaging like the LOTR one above they will allow it. In the event you are recreating a scene from a movie, it must be done in game and in realistic In-Game conditions

    Halloween isn't necessarily about horror. If you want to get down to it, it's really a celebration of life and lives past. One of the things people do to honor that is to put on costumes. And to do well in this contest you must don a costume or two. Just because it's Halloween does not mean it has to be scary.

    Not sure why it multi posted like that but that's my side by side with both the top Avenger Poster I did and the second one with original copy that I did mine from.

    not sure if supposed to post name and server but its Ravensfeill from Etherblade. If this is still posted incorrectly would somebody be of mind to let me know how to do it proper thanks.
