It seems this NPC has been removed. Does anyone know where it has been moved to and if its completely gone if there's another way to turn in the gear from the rb2 leveling pills we got earlier in the year? I gave it to a character I was not playing xD and never thought the npc would just disappear.

    The NPC is still there, at Heroes' Terrace, near Teleporter. At least on Tideswell.

    Thank you I'll look again :) I doubt they would take the npc off of just one server so he must be there somewhere xD I am just not seeing it

    I noticed that npc was not in its appropriate spot on Etherblade server but it was in its spot on Twilight Temple server.

    Does that mean they moved the NPC or is it gone from the server?
