my email that resister with pwi , I mistake to delete it . when pwi update to arc ,my account has been got banned.
in lost city sever .idk how to do it . because my email has been delete.

    Wow, didnt even give this thread 20 minutes before adding another post asking for help. This section of the forums doesnt get as much traffic as other sections do, so sometimes it can take more than a day for someone to respond. Luckily i decided to check before heading to bed.
    I am going to assume English isn't your first language, but will try to answer based on how I understand you.
    If I am right, then you accidentally deleted the email account linked to your ARC/PWI account, and because of that you are getting a notice that you are banned. You also mention being on Lost City server.

    In order of importance...
    1) it is against forum rules to discuss bans, besides no one on the forums can help you. the only thing you can do is send in a ticket to customer support. However, if you send it from an email address not linked to your account, which you must because you deleted the email acccount, they are not allowed to do anything with the account.

    2) If the email address itself has been deleted, which it is, then even if they were allowed to do something with the account, the can't due to their possible solutions being linked with the email address of the account. All you can really do is use the new account you created to post on the forum, and start over, which in that case play a different game, the market is not good for a brand new toon, and the recent expansions have been strictly geared towards endgame players. Unless you do heavy cash shopping, catching up to endgame with 2 rebirths, 4 10-level boundries (a 5th one to be released in the next expansion), war avatar cards, star charts, and homestead, it could take years, and that's not even including all the other stuff like cultivation and getting gear, and even then, that's not counting refines and shards if you plan to do any PVP.

    3) however, if you still want to play this game taking into all the above into account, There is no longer a Lost City server as there was a Server Merge around this time last year. I believe the server that Lost City was merged into is Tideswell, in the case you are looking for old friends.
