Mystic STORM DANCE - sage vs demon -

I've got a question, it sort of worries me. on the skill Storm dance. it has a chance to reduce the cooldown of your next absorb soul within 6 sec by 50%. the chance to reduce the cooldown is up to 50% and is based on your soulforce..

ok i got that part.

but problem is, i have both R9s3 mystic demon and sage. the sage mystic have 18k soulforce. while the demon is almost to 20k. but while testing this. the sage procs a lot more with this skill to reduce the cooldown. while the demon it only happens once in a blue moon. leading me to think maybe the demon SD is bugged?

has anyother mystic have this problem?

    Nope. Can you post some numbers so we can get a general idea of why you're thinking this way? At 18k soulforce you're only going to be proccing 1/5 of the time, probably less.

    on the damage test dummy. 110 93.1 105 110 99.6 (reduce channeling)..-sage..
    demon 130 142 100 120 91.1 100 *goes on for amount 7 more SD then it procs
    and this isnt tested once. i've been testing this awhile now. and it's just be sage procs the skill more. i've even had other friends test it and even they agreed sage was a lot more than demon.

    It's just luck, you'd need a much larger sample size for some real insight.

    I get it about a third of the time on demon mystic with ~40k soulforce.
