Not receiving SVS rewards

2 weeks ago our faction didn't receive SVS rewards, then last week we did receive them, and again this week we didn't receive the reward chests. Is any other faction having this issue?

    Now that you mention it, Karma didnt get their rewards this weekend.

    2 weeks in a row Dynasty on Tideswell hasn't gotten theirs.

    Knights hasn't been getting their rewards either.
    My whole guild is missing 5-6 boxes of rewards from cross-server each.    ​​

    Yeah Tempest in Tideswell hasn't been receiving rewards either. I sent in a couple of tickets for the first week and they seemed pretty confused about the topic.

    Guess resetting rankings include resetting rewards :D. Like you did xtws, but the map is theoretically clean, so you won nothing.

    well should have still received 1 chest if you won a land on the attack

    Two weeks in a row for my faction, no rewards. We're on the map and yet nothing.
    It's true, the points aren't being registered into ranks and I guess not sending out rewards because we're unranked.

    And most importantly..when they fix something they MUST reset it all again completely. Else we have an unfair situation once again, just saying :D
