CoM+WoA vs G16

For PVE I honestly would not bother with COM and WOA. It's much too expensive and a bit overkill just for PVE. Also, considering mobs have the equivailent of 0 attack and defense levels, COM and WOA will give you more damage and defense, but if you have r999 you already have an obscene amount of these levels when compared to a mob and likely can already solo most things without the icing that is WOA and COM.

If you are going for PVE I would consider sticking with the G16. Considering you stated 700+ HP bonus I will assume you are a LA character in which case having the extra Dex stats and vitality is more than sufficient, and honestly some even believe better for PVP (since these classes rely on crits to win some believe the higher the crit and damage the better the build for PVP) but that is debatable ​​

Discounting the expenses, G16 is better for PvE due mobs having 0 defense levels. I think this is mostly true for PvP too when hitting non jaded targets but dont quote me on that. Each attack level over defense levels gives smaller relative dmg increase and you are better off buffing other factors to increase your dmg, like stat points. On other hand WoA+ CoM offer a lot more defenses but thats really non factor for PvE.

But WoA and com ARE g16 so what are you comparing it with?? HR and GBH or Nv3?

For HR + GBH, stat wise, WoA and CoM will give better def stats and offense stats, in both pve and pvp, though probably not worth the extra cost if pure pve. For NV3, WoA and CoM will give higher defensive stats in both pve and pve and give more damage in pvp, though for pve, there is probably little if difference damage wise due to mobs having 0 def.

If you pure pve, go with the nv3, cheapest of the 3 g16 sets and not losing out much on stats.

if i remember right nirvana t2 is actually better for r9 then t3 was. more defence and an additional 5 attack bonus. tho i havent done any calcs with it since the passive came out for hp so i'm unsure how HP bonus stacks vs defense from the passive.
