FSP BM req

Well nowadays i realize that forming squads are hard and its better when you dont have to depend on any specific class. What i need to know is this, does anyone know what a bm would need to tank toad and how do i go about it. Let me provide some info about my bm, max primal passives, max meridean, currently im only missing Demon Bell, Flash and Buddha Guard. Im nv3 sharded with cit and ref to 6,7,8. 200 dex everything else str and max nuema, 1202 spirit atm. Btw im not sure if ill every attain r9, so if anyone has any suggestions on how i can better myself without r9 let me know, but if u can answer the toad question plz.
