Homestead quest glitch

To the mod(s) I was TOLD to post this here so if you have a problem with that please take up with support.

Here is the glitch. I did a quest where you have to collect the items to complete the quest I have all the items in fact I have more then what is needed yet the complete button stays gray. Screen shots where given on my ticket so if the GMs need those please go to tickets. Ticket no. 160707-000372
Things I did to try to fix it. Relog, and bought more items from other players, made sure I had space in inventory and quest log, waited for maint. and tried again, nothing worked so then I sumited ticket.

    Just to confirm, since it's not in the screenshots, how many quests do you have in your log, and how many open slots do you have in your inventory?

    I had 12/20 quest in quest log and 2 empty rows in my inventory.

    So, I took a look into your ticket, and it appears that while you have definitely gotten more than the required amount of Walnut European Cabinets and Goldfish Painting Fan Folds, you actually are three short on Garden Plants. The quest is not complete, and that's why it's grayed out!
