ARC SUCKS AND YOU SHOULD CHANGE IT

You are able to play without Arc, however, to my knowledge you can't login onto the Arc site either if defender is up (not just the Arc software, but the site too I think) which means you have no access to codes or support from that account and if you lose your password you're SOL.

To be honest, if you want to play again you should just make a new account.
Check if you can remember old emails, and if you can log onto them. If you can remember them then ask Arc Defender to send the code and check if those emails get it.

Let's see their side here. You don't know your email, you don't know your forum name, all you know is account name and password, so, they can't give you the info due to the possibility you could be someone who stole an account and is now trying to change the email on said account too.

They might be nice enough and recover it for you, but highly doubt it due to the lack of information you are providing them to prove that you are you.

EDIT: I don't know if you're posting this from another account, but if not, at least your forum name is right there. If you are, try the search bar and try to remember a thread where you posted. It's a longshot but you might be able to find your forum name.

No he is right it sucks. You can submit a ticket without logging into arc through a different email but, if you don't know your old email, you will not get your account back at all. At least on steam if you had made a purchase you can retrieve your account by supplying them a transaction # and amount in your records from your payment info (look it up in your paypal etc). Here you just screwed if you don't know any 1 information such there are like 3 different names they ask you for, address might be easy enough but if any one of these is missing forget it.

Back when you used to be able to at least log support if you couldn't log in the game, now both are connected. I hate they did that.

I have to agree. It does suck. It wouldn't let me log onto the forums for a while. Thankfully I remember my password, but for whatever reason it still blocked me.
