could not retrieve character list

Hi.
I was playing and got dc when i tried to log in again it appear the error "could not retrieve character list".
First time it happens to me trying to understant what happen.

Yep happened to me also. Before i rebooted computer, i couldn't trade with another char for some ( pwi problem, foreshadow of "could not retrieve character list" bug coming?). The people running this game really are trying to destroy it by aggravating us.
Have sent in so many tickets for issues since server merge, i think they actually don't give a fk.

Usually this occurs when you have a poor connection to the server and packets are getting dropped. Post a traceroute from when the issue occurs.
