Archer will walk invisible ?

The description of the skill does not say anything about reducing movement speed.
It is a mistake of so many mistakes in archer skills ? They forgot to write about the speed reduction in the description ?
Anyone ever seen if we can go invisible ?
Has anyone seen if we can move in the invisible ?
They should also reduce the waiting time.
