Is it just me or is the new seeker ultimate skill a bit of a let down? it makes us bigger and gives us speed boost, damage boost and anti stun. i can get that from sage unflutter and spark burst and they dont have long CD and need some extra item to cast. It just seems like comparied to the other classes skills we got a bit ripped off. (seekers didnt really need an extra speed skill when we already got unflutter and rewinding gesture)

Seriously, it's not a horrible skill. I've only used it a little in NW. Kinda dislike that is makes us stand out so much. It's a little extra damage in JFSP and UP for the bosses. I'm actually a lot more interested in the other skill updates. I just got the new "Last Stand" upgrade. It's no longer a take so much damage and then try to use it skill. It's a set it ahead of time and it will trigger automatically skill. I just need to find out if it can be purged or not. Has anyone else gotten the other skills yet?

Void step = beastmode 10 sec anti stun (cept seals) which still sucks fighting psy, plus aoe stun the only way to make this skill more golden is to drop the cd down to 30 sec which should have been down ages ago , seriously this skill is so op because it has so many uses , from ignoring most of sin ect locks, to flag carrying in nw, meaning u can voids step to a friend blocking incoming stuns or movement hampering abilities or to disable a gank combine that with the new transposition and which makes u untargetable and don't miss anymore (would be nice if it bypass tidal weird it's a proc skill yet acts like a dot ) combined with holy path or unfetter u got yourself a gtfo outta jail free card , add a pot like a vac now u got 20 sec +sage unfetter 4 voidstep 10+ rewinding gesture +unfetter 4 sec + voidstep 10 sec that's freaking 48 sec anti stun zomg combine that with manual Last Stand that's another 6 and purified u , I think Super Mario mode(ulti) gives u another anti stun as well 10 sec combine that with g17 purify in josd def u will have a nigh unkillable seeker , but yeah what we need is an anti seal move seroiuslly psy +double def charms +all psy buffs seal and stun and in def voodoo make its stupidly annoying to fight even worse fighting tandem psychics they simply use separate buffs so when u aoe em u get hit with one or the other locking u down nigh infinitely, even more so worse by psy will expel to an ig to a spark plus being in def voodoo mode on top of there usually very high damage plus they can use occult ice just like everbody else , seroiuslly I'd rather deal duskblades they do almost no damage to me and a simply timed ig can break a well practiced lock, plus dbs greatest strength is its cqc , seekers do well in cqc it's just our lack of stuns that displace our ability to excell like barbs(that bs spamable paralyze skil ) bm they should be the great if not the best stunlocking class and are now are tanky as all hell making them harder to put away like seekerd used to do to em, and db does what it's class is ment to do, seeker really does not excell at anything we are a (secondary tank class) our damages are nerfed when u think of atck and def lvs vs spirit and what out debuff actually do to sombody , passives now nerf the OPness that used to be the fortify combo seeker, proc rate is like gambling in a Vegas Casino against house rules and a stacked deck and our spam skills has stupidly independent acc rates independent of our actual acc, when u miss on a caster with double acc rings on at all that's a problem , and our skills are easily telegraphed because of the stances buff under your buff bar and countered with heart of steel and expel, generally immediately because after a person is debuff with qpq ect... they slap on heart of steel nullifying our greatest strength which is our magic damages and expel blocking our secondary form of attack rendering atcks or debuffing wasted or useless until late it's over and your got that qpq cd to look forward too. Because seeker is not a very technical class the anti stuns help, but we need either gaurteed interupts/a new paralock skill that is a mag aoe (which is one of the only effective ways to fight dex classes since a ton phyical attcks miss) and the new aoe should have a 4 sec cd to be used in chain combo with darkcloud and stalagstike which can help aoe chain parchblade dance stun ability and be able to have the effect that can activate any seeker proc that a target has under its buff bar meaning we can break through expels and debuff targets like other classes do then u can make actual use of procs like glee and parchblade northern sky as they were ment to be used in the primal skills update, Yeah but u can't do nothing about seal without wasting genie (will surge ) and pots on it, when that at least getting a good jump and stunlocking targets first with and killing them balances out the need to -tidal - past them.Post edited by weapon762 onVae Victis.0

Actually the way seeker skills calculate it can add a rediculous amount of damage to a couple skills. 200% weapon damage + spark + Gloom, then switch to your main weapon and watch everything die as you use edged blurr for 25k ticks xD Fun fact, blurr also ignores things like spirit and defense levels. it also bypasses skills like invoke and hood. (why you would use a magic aoe on a veno is beyond me but its something o/) i'm quite happy with the new skill.0
